*****ANNOUNCEMENT: All High School students NTI Day #6 work should be to practice your music for at least 30minutes. Make a log of what you did to practice and have a parent sign.
ASSESSMENT: as of right now assessment will still be WEDNESDAY. MEN and Madrigals wear suits/dresses all day and report to the auditorium for first period. WOMEN (Treble and Women's) may wear dresses to school or change after lunch. Eat lunch at the beginning of Fourth period and then change and report to the auditorium.
MUSIC MAN: Rehearsal for the Music Man will still happen Tuesday evening 6-9pm all cast.

A home for everyone
Preparatory Choir
The MCHS Preperatory Choir is a special course for Middle School students attending B.Michael Caudill Middle School or Clark Moores Middle School. This class meets first period at MCHS. For more information regarding how to enroll in this course, please contact Mrs. Jury.
Treble Choir
Treble Choir is an all female ensemble for incoming freshmen or first time singers. This class meets second period and works on basic musicianship skills as a foundation for good singing. This class is taught by Ms. Erb.
Men's Choir
Men's Choir is an all male ensemble for anyone in grades 9-12. Men's choir often travels with other choirs to assist in recruiting for our program. Men's Choir meets fifth period in the dance studio and is led by Ms. Erb.
Women's Ensemble
Women's Ensemble is an advanced choir that works on upper level repertoire. Students in Women's Ensemble have previously been in Treble Choir or have been referred by a previous instructor. Women's Ensemble meets third period and is led by Mrs. Jury.
Madrigal Singers
Madrigal Singers (MADS) is an auditioned group of singers grades 10-12, male and female. Madrigals is the top level touring/performing group at MCHS. Each year, they put on a Madrigal Dinner for the community. The 2017 Madrigal Dinner will be December 2nd and 3rd. Tickets are $20 and will go on sale in November. Madrigal Singers meets fifth period and is under the direction of Mrs. Jury.
Beyond Measure
Beyond Measure is MCHS' contemporary a cappella group. Beyond Measure performs in many events throughout the year. This group is comprised of 9-12 singers who audition at the beginning of each year. Students in Mrs. Jury and Ms. Erb's Studio will have the opportunity to audition for this group. This group will meet during voice studio every day for 30 minutes. Students interested in auditioning should contact Ms.Erb.
